Venere 1

This is the first piece in the Venere series. I built the torso by hand, no wheel, no mold. I splashed iron oxide and a bright orange glaze on top before firing. The colours pooled and cracked as they cooled. Every piece comes out different. This one fits in one hand. Reach out if you'd like to reserve it.
